Audit1: building a clearer route into UK company due diligence
Audit1 is being developed as a company credibility and due-diligence tool, beginning with live UK company information and a structured route towards deeper checks.
Audit1 is one of Rohan Corporation Group’s developing digital tools, designed to make company checking and due-diligence information easier to navigate.
The current prototype uses live Companies House data for UK company searches and presents core filing and status information in a more guided experience.
Its development roadmap extends beyond basic company search. Deeper checks are intended to bring together additional areas of business credibility and risk assessment as suitable data providers and integrations are connected.
RCG is treating this as an incremental product build: live, supportable data first, followed by additional checks as their underlying sources become available.
